She earned her medical degree at Obafemi Awolowo Univerity in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Blake Medical Center in Bradenton, FL. Dr. Tade’s residency in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine at Loyola Unviersity Medical Center in Maywood, IL, followed by her advanced body and musculoskeletal imaging fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL
