He earned his medical degree at the St. Louis School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO in 2017. His internship was completed at Loyola Medicine MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn, IL in 2018.
His Diagnostic Radiology Residency was also completed at the St. Louis School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO in 2022. Dr. Meeks completed a Neuroradiology Fellowship at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in St. Louis, MO in 2023
